I did it!! :D

Hello. My second batch of button badges - the first one that will actually be available for sale - has been ordered and paid for tonight. I can already anticipate the awesome pride I'll feel upon looking at those tiny little professional-looking items with my art over them. Squee. =D

I thought I'd show you all the final designs. There are some I like more or less, but I tried to make choose and make them accordingly to the results of the survey I conducted a while back.

	Closet logo - All orders will come with one included. (to be honest I'm still in love with it. The rock thrown and the lettering. <3)
	Bite me! - a favorite of mine. Commodore was quite high in the character popularity contest, and I like the joke XD (Japa in bonus.)
	Duck! - Another one of my favorites. Isn't IsoT just awfully cute and sad? Poor little super hero.
	The Axe - I'm still giggling over the comic. I'm also giggling over the lame wordplay. But that's just me XD It was also a popular demand =)
	Gaffaman! - This was a hard one to design. None of the actual drawings of Eicca as Gaffaman actually worked well in a button design. So you're getting a... rescued innocent instead =)
	Life - As much as I love that comic, using it in button design is much harder than it looks. (but you know life *is* short, even if he doesn't like that word)
	Sparkly - I could not have left that one out. Too bad I can't actually put glitter on those badges.
	sPINK & Spank - I think this one imposed itself mostly because I fell in love with the wordplay. Not thw pink part, just you know, the whole. I love words.
	Throwing UP - That picture was probably the easiest to use on a button design. And, to be honest, I like it very much XD You decide if it represents what downing alcohol so recklessly will lead to, or the actual downing itself XD
	Wilde Mime - I actually had a lot of demand for Jann Wilde. Weird, especially since I drew him what, 3 times? Finding the right image and right slogan was much of a hassle. v.v
	Rumors - I'm VERY happy with this one. This is a drawing I did for the occasion. Know the saying, "Rumor has it that [insert gossiping here]" ? Rumors is cool. Rumors is awesome. Rumors has IT. Period. (you can also see some double sense in the 'period' comment. is it what Rumors has? period? XD)
	Beerman - I had few demands for Bloodpit, but this drawing - Paavo as Beerman, another superhero - is just one of my favorite. A small number of these will be made =3
	Teddy - I think this one will be liked very much. =3 The drawing was made for the occasion =)

I cannot help but smile and giggle a little at this, only because of my first comic, Dear Carniwhore (which, I'll remind you, was inspired by the FMP song of the same title). Hopefully this also means the project is not dead, and there could be a follow up.... =D


On another note, the other day I was thinking about random stuff and I came up with an interesting definition.

To brick someone: verb. To radically express your disagreement in a "constructive" way.

I think I'll try to think of more definitions like that XD

Situation: Ok, I've been working on this one for HOURS, but hell, was it worth it! It's still making me laugh. The general idea is that Janne does not like his height to be mentionned, cause he's not very tall. Jussi is... well, you understand the point, so yeah. I promised not to make fun of Janne's height, but of his ~complex~ about it. Done.

We love you, Janne. <3

New Old Comics!

Confusing title...Well, it's quite simple. I mentionned that I'd be redrawing some of the old comics I published, well, I actually more like "rearranged" them. Rescanned them, cleaned them and colored them with photoshop - Gods and Godesses bless photoshop. So here are the first 3 I did - in 2 days.

"Lash me with your whip..."

This one was inspired by the For My Pain... song "Dear Carniwhore", sang by Juha Kylmänen (who is also singer for Reflexion). In said song, the chorus is as follows:
"Licking your bloody lipsSmiling and sucking your fingertipsLash me with your whipI'm your slaveMy dear Carniwhore"
So yeah. I took it litteraly. Singers, be aware of what you're singing. Lol.

...lerppu?

Ok, I may be shooting my own foot by displaying this one here. Featuring: Teemu Rajamäki, bassist for Uniklubi. The joke: in French (my first language), the pronounciation of his name is exactly like "T'es mou", contracted form of "Tu es mou", which means "You are soft", more in a "You are not hard" way. Finns will have understood the joke at this point, I think. "Lerppu" is in Finnish, and it's how we planned to explain it to Teemu. I just pictured his reaction to it, and drew it there. *chuckles* We wanted to tell him ourselves, but my comics are getting broadcasted out of my control, so I guess we can forget about that.

Selocest

Again, featuring members from Uniklubi, Jussi and Janne Selo, respectively singer and guitarist/back vocalist. In their first video, Rakkauta Ja Piikkilankaa, Janne has his head against Jussi's shoulder and chest, and apparently has his mouth opened (see it at 3:55 in the video, but it's quick, so keep a sharp eye). So we joked around that, also considering that we got a picture of them kissing. The important fact in all of this: they are brothers. (Janne is the older one)
So it's ~incest~, but it's the Selo brothers, so it's Selocest.

(You think that this idea is sick? You should read a couple of the many fanfictions that take it much further than that... lol)

So yeah, that's it. More to come. I'm not gonna arrange them all, cause some of them are just doodle, not proper to be redrawn or not worth the time. If you got a request, send me a message specifying which comic you'd like to be redrawn. Until then...

League 11 - Janne's punishment

Situation: Janne, if you ever read this, we love you. Really. We just don't agree with your hair and beard. But we still love you.
Overdue League comic. Janne (Uniklubi) cut his hair during summer, but I needed to find the right inspiration and idea. (Thanks to Tina for the idea of the way to torture poor Janne)
Please note that I'm incredibly strong in that first picture, dragging a man single-handedly. Also note that Pinkass and I actually really don't know how to play guitar.
Oh, and that "twing-ga-ling-ga-ling" sound by Pinkass? She's trying to be a guitar. No, indeed, she has no future as a stringed instrument.

By the way: we can now celebrate the first encounter of a Finn with his Closet version! Vivian (Lovex) saw the "Theon is Vivian's." comic that Tina put on her MySpace. Said that it "is great....hehe=)". So if other Finns come by and see this, please, Finns, leave a comment or something. If you want to throw rocks at me, I'll give you an address for you to send them here.
